Welcome to the Office
of Student Success and
International Engagement (OSSIE)
Become part of an Engaging and Diverse Student Experience!
The new and reenvisioned Office of Student Success and International Engagement (OSSIE) formerly known as the Office of Student Affairs (OSA) is a central, student-focused, strategic platform dedicated to enhancing and enrich student success, promote wellbeing, foster civic responsibility and professional ethics, and broaden and strengthen global exposure. By integrating key student-focused functions under one office, OSSIE ensures a cohesive, inclusive, and supportive student experience aligned with institutional priorities and international best practices to ensure that students are empowered to thrive both personally and professionally in an increasingly interconnected world.
OSSIE builds upon the work of OSA with an expanded, student-focused mandate aimed at supporting students. The new structure brings key student-focused functions together under one coordinated platform.
OSSIE ensures seamless student experience, reduces service fragmentation, and strengthens collaboration across academic and administrative offices. This integrated model enables a proactive and data-informed approach to student success.
Through OSSIE, we aim to provide a more cohesive and inclusive student experience while creating greater opportunities for students to grow personally, professionally and globally.
