IBA Karachi and Queen Mary University sign an MoU

On 28th November 2023, a delegation from Queen Mary University of London visited the Main Campus, IBA Karachi to sign an MoU with the International Resource Center (IRC), IBA Student Affairs at the IBA. The delegation included Professor Stefan Krummaker - Professor of Leadership Practice and Deputy Vice-Principal Education, Mr. Lee Wildman - Director of Global Engagement, and Saad Hasan - Regional Advisor for Pakistan and Bangladesh.

IBA Karachi has now become an official partner with Queen Mary University for student mobility and subsidized Masters programs for IBA students.

In phase 2, conversations for exchange programs have already commenced, and discussions and decisions were made during the QM team's visit regarding student exchange and study abroad programs, student mobility, and summer courses for IBA students, as well as faculty and student research collaboration. These will be an extension of the current MoU that was signed by Ms. Maheen Ghauri, Dean Student Affairs, IBA and Professor Stefan Krummaker, Queen Mary.

Prof Stefan Krummaker's also gave a presentation and talk on Strategic Leadership of Higher Education Institutions titled, 'Leading Excellence in Education', which was attended by around 40 faculty and staff members - many interesting initiatives and ideas were discussed.
