Study Abroad Fair at Sabancı University

The Study Abroad Fair at Sabancı University was held on 17th November, bringing together official university representatives and exchange students to introduce global study-abroad opportunities. More than 15 universities participated from Spain, Hong Kong, Peru, Belgium, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Japan, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Italy, and more.

IBA Karachi was the only university from South Asia represented at the fair, and Muhammad Fahd Tariq is currently the only South Asian student on exchange at Sabancı University, proudly representing IBA.

The fair welcomed over 150 Sabancı students who visited and engaged with various booths. Many students showed strong interest in Pakistan—its culture, hospitality, and the vibrant student experience at IBA. At the IBA stall, Fahd shared brochures, pens, diaries, and giveaways, and also played a promotional video highlighting IBA’s campus, academics, and dynamic student life. He emphasized IBA’s academic strengths, its active student societies and events, and its AACSB accreditation.

Overall, the fair was a great success, creating meaningful international awareness about both Pakistan and IBA.
