Students had the opportunity to participate in an industrial visit to Ismail Industries (Bisconni Factory), organized following an invitation by MUNIK Chief Guest, Mr. Miftah Ismail. The visit offered a comprehensive overview of large-scale FMCG operations, where participants observed the end-to-end production process across multiple product lines, including Chocolato, Cocomo, and digestive biscuits. From raw material handling to final packaging, students gained firsthand insight into manufacturing workflows, quality control measures, and strict safety and hygiene protocols. The session also highlighted machinery operations, production efficiency, and detailed product inspection processes such as defect identification, exclusion criteria, and disposal methods. Additionally, students explored packaging systems that ensure consistency and brand integrity, while also learning about import/export regulations and compliance with health and halal standards. Overall, the visit proved to be an engaging and educational experience, bridging theoretical knowledge with practical industry exposure.
