Dean (DSA & ISE) conducted Skills Development Training Sessions at IBA (NTHP) Orientation Program
As part of the Student Skill Development Program under the Office of Student Affairs (OSA), Ms. Maheen Ghauri, Dean of Student Affairs and International Student Exchange, led a series of sessions on personal development, professional presence, and interpersonal confidence-building for the incoming cohort of the IBA National Talent Hunt Program (NTHP) Orientation 2025.
These sessions were designed to support students from across Pakistan as they prepare to navigate academic and professional spaces. Through thoughtful conversations and interactive activities, students reflected on how to carry themselves with intention, communicate effectively, and express their individuality while adapting to new environments.
Delivered in smaller, gender-specific groups to ensure a safer and more comfortable learning environment, the sessions provided space for dialogue, confidence-building, and community support.
The National Talent Hunt Program is IBA’s flagship initiative for educational inclusion, offering access and academic training to high-potential students from underrepresented and underserved regions across Pakistan. The 2025 cohort includes students from Gilgit-Baltistan, Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, all working toward their goal of qualifying for IBA’s undergraduate programs.
Through programs like NTHP, IBA continues to affirm its commitment to equity, access, and meaningful student support.
