Maimaar 2025

Maimaar 2025 , a leadership camp for young women in Pakistan, provided an enriching platform for personal growth, confidence-building, and leadership development. This year, OSA Student Skill Development Program, IBA Karachi, proudly sent six female students to participate in the program. Through experiential learning, teamwork activities, and reflective sessions, the participants gained valuable insights into ethical leadership, self-awareness, and community engagement. IBA remains committed to empowering young women by supporting initiatives like Maimaar that nurture confident, capable, and socially responsible future leaders.
