University of Malaya warmly invites you to participate in the UM Global South Cultural Immersion at UM 2026, a specially curated programme designed to foster intercultural understanding, global perspectives, and meaningful engagement with Global South communities. Please note that this is an independent external program.

Programme Details:

• Date: 19 – 30 July 2026
• Minimum participation: 20 students
• Maximum participation: 35 students (applications will close once the maximum is reached, even before the deadline)

Programme Highlights:

• Academic modules and learning materials
• Cultural excursions, field visits, and a Kuala Lumpur city tour
• Accommodation, daily breakfast and lunch
• Airport transfers (designated arrival and departure times)

Programme Fee:

• Application Fee: USD 50
• Early Bird Rate: USD 1,350 (limited spots!)
