Tabeer - a journey towards creating an inclusive and engaging environment at IBA!

The third and last Master Trainer Workshop was conducted on 19th January 2024 at the IBA Main Campus. The workshop aimed at reating a culture of creative leadership amongst students and ways of engaging young minds to embrace diversity, accept individuals for who they are, and develop the skills required to lead them effectively. Throughout the workshop, our Tabeer Champions and Mentors embarked on an engaging journey of self-discovery and personal growth. By promoting teamwork and collective problem-solving, our workshop instilled the value of collaborative leadership – a skill that is essential in the interconnected world of today.
