IBA Orientation Gala 2025 Program Summary

Welcome to a 3-DAY fun-filled ‘IBA Orientation Gala 2025’ (18th, 22nd and 23rd August, 2025) 

As a new student, you will engage with the IBA community, attend School and Program orientation sessions, enjoy campus tours, meet with faculty and staff from Schools/Programs, discover support services and resources, engage in fun games and activities, and Meet and Greet session of Schools with students and faculty, and a fun-filled OGala 2025 Carnival - this is all to help you acclimatize to life at IBA Karachi.

Registration Procedure

Attendance is mandatory for the Orientation Gala 2025
Register yourself through the following link to attend a 3-DAY IBA Orientation Gala 2025:

Student Registration

• Please ensure that you register at 
  https://ibaapps.iba.edu.pk/orientation/home/login to attend OGala ’25 events. This is a onetime registration ONLY.
• Once you register, an invite (downloadable format) along with a QR code will be generated.
• Display your QR code on a device screen OR printed medium at the Registration Desk on ALL DAYS of the event.
• Bring your original CNIC for identification.
• We expect you to cooperate with our Orientation Captains at the Registration Desks, who are responsible for your entry verification.

Family Member Registration

• You must register ONE immediate family member at https://ibaapps.iba.edu.pk/orientation/home/login to attend DAY 1 OR DAY 2 of the IBA Orientation Gala 2025.
• Once you register, an invite (downloadable format) along with a QR code will be generated.
• Display their QR code on a device screen OR printed medium at the Registration Desk on DAY 1 OR DAY 2 and on the DAY 3 of the event.
• All registered family members should accompany students on DAY 1 OR DAY 2. They are not allowed to come on their own.
• Your family member must bring their original identification document e.g. CNIC, Passport, Birth Certificate, OR Form-B.
•  Please cooperate with our Orientation Captains at the Registration Desks, who are responsible for your entry verification.

General Guidelines

• Carrying a copy of your offer letter OR paid fee voucher, attached invite, and CNIC is MANDATORY - these will be used as a pass to enter IBA premises.
• Only ONE IMMEDIATE FAMILY MEMBER can accompany you on DAY 1 OR DAY 2  of the IBA OGala 2025.
• Vehicles with tinted windows will not be allowed to enter the IBA Karachi and the University of Karachi premises.
• IBA is a smoke-free zone - smoking/vaping is strictly not allowed on campus.
• The IBA Main Campus Map on the OGala '25 webpage in the resource section will help you find the location for the session that you want to attend.
• Wear comfortable shoes - there will be a lot of activity and walking!
• IBA official H2Go Water dispensers are available all-around campus.
• Have some cash handy to enjoy our Food Street on DAY 3 of the IBA OGala 2025.
• A team of IBA student volunteers ‘Orientation Captains’ have been assigned to you to guide you throughout the DAY.
• All visitors can access Main Campus from Maskan Gate situated at Abul Hasan Isphahani Road.
• Designated parking spaces will be available (ON THE LEFT) upon entrance through Maskan Gate only for new incoming students.
• A designated parking space has been reserved at the Adamjee Building on the Main Campus for differently-abled new students.
• IBA Shuttle service will be available at the Maskan Gate, Abul Hasan Isphahani Road, to bring students from Maskan Gate to IBA Gate 4.
• Registration desks will be set up inside the Main Campus (under solar panels, in front of the Adamjee Academic Building).
• On DAY 1 and DAY 2, all students and a parent OR sibling (ONE VISITOR ONLY) can enter campus through Gate 4 and exit through Gate 2.
• IBA shuttle service will be available for all incoming students residing at the IBA Hostels at the time of OGala 2025. Transportation will be provided with a shuttle service from the IBA Hostels to the Main Campus, IBA Karachi and vice versa.

Note: This is to inform you that the photographs, videos and testimonials taken during the IBA Orientation Gala 2025 will be used in the print and digital marketing collaterals of the IBA Karachi.
