IBA Orientation Gala 2025 Program Summary

Welcome to a fun-filled ‘IBA Orientation Gala 2025’

As a new student, you will engage with the IBA community, attend School and Program orientation sessions, enjoy campus tours, meet with faculty and staff from Schools/Programs, discover support services and resources, engage in fun games and activities, and Meet and Greet session of Schools with students and faculty, and a fun-filled OGala 2025 Carnival - this is all to help you acclimatize to life at IBA Karachi.

How to join the IBA OGala 2025?
Newly Inducted IBA students will have to bring their OFFER LETTER and FEE CHALLAN to join us on DAY 2 and DAY 3.

General Guidelines

Carrying a copy of your offer letter, paid fee voucher, and CNIC is MANDATORY - these will be used as a pass to enter IBA premises on DAY 2 and DAY 3 of the IBA OGala.
Only newly inducted student will be able to attend DAY 2 and DAY 3 of IBA OGala. NO FAMILY MEMBER OR FRIEND can accompany you on DAY 2 OR DAY 3 of the IBA OGala 2025.
Vehicles with tinted windows will not be allowed to enter the IBA Karachi and the University of Karachi premises.
IBA is a smoke-free zone - smoking/vaping is strictly not allowed on campus.
The IBA Main Campus Map on the OGala '25 webpage in the resource section will help you find the location for the session that you want to attend.
Wear comfortable shoes - there will be a lot of activity and walking!
IBA official H2Go Water dispensers are available all-around campus.
Have some cash handy to enjoy our Food Street on DAY 3 of the IBA OGala 2025.
A designated parking space has been reserved at the Adamjee Building on the Main Campus for differently-abled new students.
IBA shuttle service will be available for all incoming students residing at the IBA Hostels at the time of OGala 2025. Transportation will be provided with a shuttle service from the IBA Hostels to the Main Campus, IBA Karachi and vice versa.

Note: This is to inform you that the photographs, videos and testimonials taken during the IBA Orientation Gala 2025 will be used in the print and digital marketing collaterals of the IBA Karachi.
