Eagle Nest 9.0

Eagle Nest 9.0, organized by Million Smiles Private Limited, is Pakistan’s premier leadership bootcamp and wellness retreat focused on developing resilient, purpose-driven, and socially responsible young leaders. The four-day immersive program combines hands-on leadership activities, mentorship, and teamwork in a challenging outdoor environment to help participants grow personally and professionally.

This year, IBA proudly sent five female students to represent the institute at this transformative experience. The program provided them with valuable exposure, strengthened their leadership skills, and empowered them to become confident change-makers within their communities.
