From IBA to France: A Student’s Journey of Growth and Global Learning

Last summer, one of our students, Ranai Faisal, had the incredible opportunity to step beyond the classroom and into a global learning environment at EM Normandie in France. Here’s what she had to say about her experience: 

“During the program, I completed two courses — Business in a Changing Environment and Creation in Luxury Universes — both of which challenged me to think critically, act decisively, and push beyond my limits.

A defining moment of this experience was leading a group project that secured first place in the class, while collaborating with peers from diverse cultural and academic backgrounds. From analyzing real-world business strategies to exploring luxury brand storytelling in Paris, I learned that impactful ideas truly come to life through execution, perspective, and strong teamwork.

This experience not only broadened my academic and professional outlook but also strengthened my confidence and adaptability. It reaffirmed my passion for thriving in fast-paced, international environments.
