The Office of Diversity, Accessibility & Inclusion (ODAI) is a welcoming and supportive space on campus, dedicated to promoting student diversity, equity, and inclusion. The office works to create a campus community that values all individuals with different backgrounds and characteristics, differences in perspective and demographics, which include race, age, religion, disability and gender, as well as skills, experiences, and abilities. It offers resources, support services, awareness programs and cultural events, to foster a more inclusive and safer environment for all students.

ODAI works with students to provide support to projects aimed at improving diversity and inclusion on campus. ODAI also works with the IBA Student Government (ISG) and Student Clubs/Societies to ensure an inclusive experience and equitable opportunities for students regarding different initiatives on campus and otherwise.

ODAI aims to eliminate discrimination, break down barriers, and facilitate and ensure equal opportunities and access for all students for building a welcoming campus community at IBA.
