We are a very new Office that has been established with a vision to work in collaboration with students, student clubs/societies, faculty, departments, and various other offices at IBA to create an inclusive, welcoming, supporting, and safe campus. We aim to make every student at IBA instinctively aware that ODAI is there go to place for any question, concern or suggestion relating to accessibility, diversity, and inclusion.

The ODAI visions to create a more inclusive university atmosphere through our student bodies; encourage a more diverse environment through celebrating different backgrounds; and ensure a more accessible institution for students with special needs through consistent support.

Being a part of IBA, the ODAI believes in reformation through education and critical dialogue. We wish to learn and work together through different gaps and achieve a respectful and inclusive environment for our student community. We hope to work with the IBA community in making the campus more inclusive and its students more well-rounded together.
