Maimaar 2026 is a leadership camp for young women in Pakistan, offering female students a platform for personal growth, confidence-building, and leadership development.

Through the Office of Student Affairs (OSA) Student Skill Development Program, IBA Karachi proudly sent six female students to participate in this transformative experience. Through interactive workshops, teamwork, and experiential learning, participants strengthened their leadership skills, self-awareness, and commitment to community engagement.
