We are pleased to announce that McKinsey & Company will hold an information session on the recruitment process for their Young Leadership Program on Monday, November 15, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. (PST). The session will be held virtually via Zoom.

McKinsey & Company is a global management consulting firm, deeply committed to helping institutions achieve lasting success. With more than 130 offices in over 65 countries, McKinsey brings unparalleled expertise across industries and functions to clients anywhere in the world.

Candidates from all majors at IBA are eligible for the Young Leadership Program. The candidates will work in teams of 3-5 consultants to help organizations in Pakistan's private, public and social sectors to solve their most difficult problems. They will also have a chance to work with colleagues from across the world, and experts from across industries and functions, to bring the best possible solutions to the clients.
