Students of IBF were taken to a trip to Pakistan Stock Exchange in the reserve week of Fall 2022. The purpose of this trip was to connect the students knowledge and their learnings of financial concepts with the real world workings, and give them insights as to how real life stock markets work. The trip was divided into two parts. In the first half, representatives of PSX conducted a session on different financial products in Pakistan, how to invest in PSX, necessity for investing at early age and etc. In the 2nd half, students were taken to a tour of different facilities of PSX like trading hall and were told about different charts and screens that were there.
