Enlite is a social seminar that is based on one of the major issues of society. This year the topic for discussion and awareness is "Mental Health Awareness". The seminar constitutes of multiple experienced and renowned speaker sessions which included Shehzad Ghias Sheikh, Natashal Shammul Khan, Dr. Uzma Ali and Kashif Aziz. The aim of the seminar was to create awareness of Mental Health in our community and how individuals can act in their personal capacity to help others.
