Mission: Our vision is to foster constructive dialogue amongst the nation’s emerging talent, to provide opportunities for the youth to develop their skills in the areas of research, strategic thinking, diplomacy, negotiations and public speaking to achieve innovative solutions to global issues.

Vision: Our mission is to cultivate an inclusive landscape that empowers bright young minds from all over the country to evolve into dynamic individuals who can go on to become agents of change.

Objectives: The society’s main focus is to:

• To promote the arts of public speaking in the student population of Pakistan and extend the reach of public speaking
• To create an apolitical forum for student-led discussion of ideas and topical issues of importance to our generation.
• To provide the opportunity for likeminded individuals to develop their confidence and communication skills through debate.
• To represent IBA within the wider university debating community and on the competitive debating circuit.
