The IBA Leadership Club (ILC) steered away from the conventional speaker based conference theme this year (2015) and breathed in a new spirit and energy into the program by embedding the concept of experiential learning and environmental adaptation in a world driven by consistent change. This was meant to touch upon the key cornerstone for any modern day leader of having the courage and ability to initiate change for a better and productive society in Pakistan.

The 2015 conference sprung up as 'lnternational LeadershOp Conference' – ILC. The center subject intended for this event was "Disconnect to Reconnect'; this underlined on the need for the young to disengage from their ordinary quick paced lives and consider their qualities and abilities to channel into a self-propelled authority model. This was intended to be a 4 day event held at IBA Main Campus (25th – 28th January). The subject was fundamentally taking into account an open air experience described by outdoors and survival in another setting, were global and included participants from China, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Somalia and Belgium shared their way of life to different members from Pakistan.

ILC attracted in Dananjaya Hettiarachchi (DH) as its key International Leadership Speaker. DH is presently the World Champion of Public Speaking 2014 and is an expert HR specialist on Leadership. Other key speakers included Arsalan Larik, Sohail Zindani, Asma Mustafa and Saad Hussain.

A key activity during the event was tent pitching and outdoors. Members under the direction of prepared scouts set up conventional tents without anyone else and set up a little scale society.We had two social events this time, A famous play "Dharna" by Anwar Maqsood was orchestrated the members at expressions of the human experience gathering. Likewise, at the end of the whole conference, a cruise ride was also organized in collaboration with Marina Club for participants.

The conference was specifically designed to inspire, engage, and help young leaders develop the right skills and the right attitude to be leaders and initiators of positive change in every sphere of their lives. We at ILC accept that through this event, we have empowered youthful pioneers to find and tap into their qualities and shine them, support them and give young individuals the stage to better use their maximum capacity while establishing the frameworks on respectability, genuineness and high morals Our Lead sponsor of the event was JS Bank. Other sponsors included Fm 89, PARCO, Unilever and Tapal without whom the event would not have been possible.
