IBA Leadership Conference (IBLC) is a flagship event of ILC and has set its mark over the years. We host 300+ students each year from several institutions of Karachi, making IBLC the largest youth leadership conference in Karachi, Pakistan. This year, with the newer themes and several stage learning process, IBLC aimed to instill the leadership qualities in the next 350 students who will soon be the leaders of tomorrow!!
