The Institute of Business Administration held its annual Career Fair on Wednesday 13th February, 2019 at The IBA, Main Campus. This year's Career Fair was presented by Martin Dow and sponsored by Bayer Pakistan. Undoubtedly, the event was a success!

The IBA Career Fair 19 has been the biggest up to date in IBA history hosting more than hundred companies. Only with the joint effort of The Alumni Department, Career Development Centre and of course The IBA Alumni and Placement Society such a venture has been made possible.

Along with entertaining graduate and under graduate student needs, this year's Career Fair also hosted career mentoring sessions with the help of Career Development Centre. In this activity, more than 50+ renowned mentors came from the industry to guide the young minds of our students and help them choose their careers evermore wisely and effectively.

The IBA Career Fair also serves as the perfect avenue for prospective employers to scout for the best talent and bring on board the best employees for their organizations. Currently, over 4000 students are enrolled in various disciplines at the IBA. The core strength of the IBA, having developed over 60 years of excellence, emanates from the 13000+ alumni who have graduated from the rolls of the Institute to date.

Having already developed a state-of-the-art online portal, IBA Career Fair 2019 was also a paperless career fair, with all students and companies interacting through the digital medium.
