AniPop Launches with “Beyond The Aniverse” — A Celebration of Animation and Pop Culture

AniPop marked its society launch with “Beyond The Aniverse,” an energetic and immersive celebration of animation and pop culture. 

The event opened with back-to-back screenings of both Spider-Verse films, giving students the chance to enjoy the movies together in a lively, shared atmosphere. Between the two screenings, the crowd jumped into an interactive gameshow, featuring Khul Gai Qismat, a mystery box challenge, and a special Jeopardy round centered on animation and pop culture. Winners walked away with figures and collectibles valued at nearly PKR 100,000, keeping excitement levels high throughout. 

To enhance the experience, the venue hosted food stalls and merchandise booths, offering students a space to unwind, grab snacks, and browse exclusive pop-culture items. 

Overall, “Beyond The Aniverse” was a fun-filled and engaging launch event that successfully brought the student community together through creativity and shared fandoms.
