Objective:
IBA Leadership Club, one of the most esteemed clubs at IBA has been grooming students and fulfilling the mission of IBA; creating 'Leaders and Ideas for tomorrow.
This club aims to train individuals so that the true potential of a future leader is unlocked. The IBA Leadership Club conducts a series of large- and small-scale events from IBLC to Exon, throughout the year, to provide students with an array of opportunities to polish the leaders residing within them but also their skillset by providing them with mentorship and linkages in a way that they are able to garner the necessary experience whilst simultaneously learning how to capitalize on their strengths in and outside the corporate world.

Vision:
The vision of the IBA Leadership Club is to develop students into principled, novel, conscientious, civic-minded leaders and instill skills into them that would help them garner the experience and qualities needed to contribute positively to their corporate life as well as their local and global communities.

Mission:
The purpose of the IBA Leadership Club is to bring students together to learn leadership skills, engage in activities that foster ethical behavior, build an inclusive community, demonstrate social responsibility, and inspire a commitment to excellence.

• The IBA Leadership Club will serve as a source of information regarding leadership opportunities inside and outside IBA.
• Through multiple events the ILC intends to provide students with a wide variety of opportunities to work in different situations and roles that call for leadership and initiative.
• Provide students with opportunities to showcase their talent and potential to become a future leader of tomorrow.
