IBA LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE 2022

CONFERENCE (IBLC’22) commits youth’s personality development by training and interactions with esteemed speakers and professional mentors coming from various aspects of life. The idea is to give exposure to the participants to innovate ideas, society power, dynamics, and ongoing social issues. IBA Leadership Club wants to equip the youth with leadership and self-recognition skills so that they are ignited and revitalized at the end of the four days of the conference. The conference targets to play its part in creating resourceful and responsible youth so that they can develop a credible voice for their generation.

This year’s theme of Believe, Manifest and Conquer was to induce a spirit of self-confidence among individuals by assisting them to establish a firm belief in themselves and their team when in collaboration. The essence of manifesting and conquering was also introduced and the combined power of these above themes was realized. Students who attended the conference left with a better vision and clear perspectives aiming to build their personalities.
