IBA Leadership Club aims to ignite, enhance and polish the leadership skills within you. Hence, as being panel members, we took it as our duty to go beyond the flagship conferences and to offer youth with the unparalleled opportunities to redefine themselves. This year, for the first time, ILC Camps - interactive sessions to help the youth unveil and realize their true potential under the mentorship of certified trainer from diversified fields, were initiated.

We successfully managed to conduct several ILC Camps sessions throughout the year. Two of the sessions were held on campus (outsiders were allowed) while due to the outbreak of covid'19 and lockdown, the team still did not give up and conducted other sessions through our official facebook page. We believe in facing the challenges and making the most out of every situation.

The first session on the topic "The Sync" was held on campus on 31st October 2019 and was conducted by Mr. Saleem Kazmi – a trainer and NLP coach. Mr. Saleem, in his 90 minutes' session, taught the audience the art of exploring themselves and tuning their subconscious minds to achieve success. This was followed by another session that was held on 28th November and was conducted by another compelling speaker from Learning minds, Ms.Saher Dharani. Her session revolved around the theme "Power of You". Her session encouraged the audience to set up on a journey of unveiling our optimum potential and to strive for the success. Both of these sessions were open to outsiders and were attended by students of different universities.

In the midst of the pandemic, the team outdid itself by improvising all the plans accordingly and we conducted the rest of the sessions virtually. Other sessions were broadcasted live from our official page, which has more than three thousand followers. The live sessions were conducted by trainers from lead consultancies, experts of industries, and digital influencers. The topics were diversified along the lines of motivating people to stay motivated during the pandemic, survival or revival-make a choice, dare to change, and the upcoming digitized world and were conducted by Samad Abbas, Waqar Ali, Burhan Shah and Syed Muzammil Hassan Zaidi. All of these broadcasts were viewed by more than 2000 people and were followed by an overwhelming response from the audience.
