On 16th February 2017, the community welfare society (CWS) conducted its first ever MEDICAL CAMP. This comprised of Bone Density test setup by Essa lab, a talk on Anger and Stress Management by Aisha Bela from Essa lab, Blood donation drive by NIBD, Organ donation Seminar by SIUT and Dermatology Consultancy by Dr. Umm-e-Farwa. Institutions like NIBD and SIUT helped in inculcating a sense of responsibility among the IBA students towards their fellow citizens. The blood donation drive was vigorously welcomed by the youth and many students voluntarily gave their blood. The informative talk by Aisha Bela enriched how we could channel our stress and anger in the right direction and make the best use of it. This was very much needed as we are constantly under stress in a university setup with quizzes, assignments, exams and what not. The Dermatology Consultancy proved very fruitful as well as it had a huge turnout with many students, faculty members, and administration staff coming up with their skin and hair fall problems. Essa lab's bone density test was also taken by many students and they were given results on spot. Overall it turned out to be an amazing experience and a great effort by CWS to benefit the community.
