The day began with a buzz among the students of IBA and the members of the IYEC team alike. One waited impatiently for the evening and the other did preparations to make it successful.

As the event started, the chattering crowd could be heard from a great distance of the amphitheater. Excited faces and exuberant smiles welcomed the first guest of the evening, Shamyl Mooraj. Giving a rather professional insight on the entrepreneurial world, he engaged the audience in a serious conversation, triggering deep thoughts, followed by jokes, laughter and a yet again a cheerful environment stirred up when Ayaz Khan arrived and made the event exquisite with his liveliness.

The qawwali performance by the Arts Council members was yet another exhilarating appearance and took the launch to a whole new level; shifting the surroundings of the amphitheater from bright and buoyant to ethereal Sufism. In the end, it came down to the two equally wonderful performances which could be called the show-stopper of the launch, first, the humorous, lively and unequivocally admirable stage-act and the other, the celestial performance of Sufism.
