The Oath-Taking ceremony for the Students' Council and Societies was held on Monday, 5th November in the G&T Auditorium of IBA Main Campus. This ceremony officially kickstarted the ISC activities and society events for the given academic year of 2018-19.

The event started with an introductory speech by Dr. Farrukh Iqbal, Dean and Director. Miss Nida Aslam Khan, the patron of ISC was the host of the event. She invited the Vice President of the Student Council, Shahzad Nisar Shaikh on stage to give a heartful and motivating speech.

The Patron of ISC, Miss Nilda Aslam, did the honors for calling out the oath which was first taken by the ISC students and then the society bearers. The new office bearers were congratulated and told about their responsibilities for the year, and encouraged to keep events on a smaller scale, within the boundaries of the institute.

After the oath taking, all society position holders were called onstage for a formal photoshoot session with their respective patrons. Towards the end of ceremony refreshments were arranged for all the students outside auditorium.
