Inspire 2.0, an HR based case study competition was held on 19th and 20th February at IBA Main Campus. The guests for the event were Amin Nasrullah, Zeeshan Lakhpaty, Madiha Khalid, Shafaq Umar and Syed Azeem Azhar, all of whom hold leading positions in the HR world in major companies.

Each team at this competition had to solve the case study they were given and present realistic solutions in the best way possible. As part of the event, IBA HR Club had decided to take the participants and the host team to Barbeque Tonight for dinner. Needless to say, everybody had a great time, letting all the pressure drain away.

The next day, the judges and participating teams gathered in the Event Hall, keen to know the results of the first day and determined to use their last chance to dazzle the judges and get the upper hand over their competition. The host team had a skit prepared for the audience with the cooperation of the sponsor, TimeTrax. After the skit all the teams presented their case as per the instructions regarding day two activities, and eagerly answered any questions the judges had for them. Team 'Mavericks' from IBA bagged the first position while Team 'The Phalanx' from IBA and 'Slapnut Mangoos' from The City School PAF Chapter came second and third respectively.

Overall, the participants had two days of immense fun, competing for the bigger prize and setting aside the work to enjoy together in the evening.
