The IBA Human Resources Club (IHRC) plans to guide to the potential human resources preparing them for the corporate world.

Mission Statement:
The IBA HR Club’s mission is to facilitate students in learning necessary skills including but not limited to CV building, interview and corporate conduct ensuring their success in becoming a part of the corporate world. The goal is to guide and prepare through our prestigious flagship event Insight. Every year university students come together in Insight to truly prepare to become professionals. The HR club aims to plan stimulating activities and workshops throughout the year connecting HR professionals and recruiters to the student body, providing the perfect opportunity to obtain insight.

Objective Statement:
From managing the human resources, preparing them, ensuring their well-being, and maximizing their productivity for increasing the competitiveness of the organization in the market, HR is a comprehensive discipline. The Club is about providing a common platform for the students of IBA and other institutes to come together to learn, grow and understand the needs of the corporate world from industry professionals and stimulating activities.
